Jessie’s passion in life is to help women grow in God’s Word and experience His touch on their lives. Through her compassion and real-life experiences she will encourage you to enjoy the Presence of the Lord and help encourage you to move into a wholehearted relationship with God, one fully devoted to Him.
Jessie Seneca felt God calling her into a speaking ministry for women in 1996 at a “Women of Faith” event she attended. Through, battling Cushings Syndrome, a life-threatening disease, she knew there was more to “just” surviving, but that God was going to use her story in a way that would encourage women. At the time of her illness, it was hard to understand God’s will in it all, and even when she felt God’s call, she didn’t know what it was going to look like. But through years of preparation, and many encouraging individuals, today, she is enjoying the fruit of her obedience to God through full-time ministry. Prior to founding More Of Him Ministries, she was the Spiritual Growth Leader for a Lehigh Valley organization, Truth for Women, for 8 years.
Jessie has shared with women in the U.S. and Canada and works with Lifeway Women’s ministry on national events and is a frequent presenter at YOU Lead leadership conferences. She enjoys seeing women get into the Word of God and have it make a difference in their lives. Her ministry challenges women to make God a priority and inspires them to move into a whole-hearted lifestyle, one devoted fully to God. God uses Jessie’s passion and wisdom to speak into the lives of her listeners and now readers, through her Bible studies, The Secret is Out and Joseph, A Life of Rejection, Resilience, and Respect in addition to her personal journey through the pitstops and detour, Road Trip.
Jessie also founded SHE Leads, a women’s leadership conference she developed with other seasoned leaders from their own years of experience in leading neighborhood, church and community events.
Her most rewarding love in life is spending time with her husband, John, of 31 years and her two grown daughters, Lauren and Sarah. You can find Jessie on many days walking her two dogs, Bella and Murphy. In addition to her full-time ministry, she also cheers her husband’s college softball team on from the sideline.
Jessie’s hope through her ministry and speaking engagements is that women will be encouraged to enjoy the presence of the Lord as she teaches His truth in a compassionate way based on her real-life experiences.
Jessie would be honored to share God’s word at your next women’s conference, seminar, retreat, Mop’s morning or special event. Contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org
