No matter if you’re a first time mom or a seasoned mom, you will grow in your walk with God through Bible application, thought provoking questions, and action steps to help you with your parenting quest. While—this book doesn’t have the power to make you the perfect mom, it can help you become a mom who lives with purpose.
The quest for encouraging moms came while writing my book, Raising Girls Diaper to Diamond. The question at the forefront of my mind was, what do I wish the younger me knew? And that question continued to guide me as I wrote this study.
Grateful to speak at mom conferences and churches where I have met so many moms, I quickly realized they were hungry to hear directly from God through the reading of His Word. Knowing the impact of reading God’s Word daily in my own life spurred me on to write this study. My desire through this study is to help you realize the difference God makes in your life and in turn the difference you will make in the lives of your families by living with inspired purpose every day by embracing Biblical truths applicable to motherhood.
I have been so blessed to meet some amazing women in my years of ministry who have the same desire to help women embrace God’s Word as truth and see the influence it has on their lives, I asked them to contribute to the daily work in the section, Let’s Hear From Others. You will read practical tips and be encouraged through personal stories of those who have walked the journey before you.
Second Timothy 2:15 is the key verse to this study, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.” Being diligent by presenting yourself to God will not only impact your life but those around you.
My prayer is that your life will be transformed through a living encounter with God as you meet Him on the pages of His Holy written Word.
