About the author
Lauren Seneca Walter is an alum of Messiah College where she attended for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. While working for her alma mater, she was also an adjunct professor, which provided many opportunities for her to interact with college students. Her conversations inspired her to write this book, tackling some of the main topics young women face during their transition to, and early life in, college. Lauren has also been involved with college-age ministry and young adult ministry through her local church. She, her husband and their giant breed dog, Breck, live in Mechanicsburg, PA where they enjoy trying new restaurants, drinking too much coffee and spending time with family and friends.
