Teens are like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. At times, they are mature and then childish. Their conversation can be sophisticated and then incoherent (like “whatever”). One minute they’re detached and the next clingy. They can be selfish and yet giving. They can look beautiful or grungy. They respect us. They scorn us. They love us (really they do). They admire us (they just don’t realize it).
They are our teenagers. We are their parents. What in the world are we in for?
Jessie, mother of two teenage daughters is in the middle of those chaotic years herself. Though she hasn’t conquered the parenting teen “thing” to perfection, she will share with you what the Lord has taught her to help others through the journey.
Jessie’s message could be heard as one session as well as a two or three session series.
