We are so excited to bring you SHE Leads Online! 
Join our SHE Leads team for the online leadership conference with LIVE teaching. Through sessions led by a panel of seasoned women leaders, you will explore techniques of leadership to better equip you for serving Christ in your home, church, community, ministry, and marketplace. SHE is You!

You will come together virtually with other women from around the country to be trained, motivated, and equipped to move forward in your calling. You can be apart of this online teaching from anywhere and you can even stay in your jammies if you wish. However, this conference will not be taped for later viewing. So, plan to join us live.

2020 Keynote Speakers

Jessie Seneca  is the founder of More of Him Ministries and SHE Leads Conference. She has been leading women in the local community and church for over 25 years. She also works with LifeWay as a YOU Lead presenter. She enjoys seeing women get into the Word of God and the transformation it brings into their lives. Jessie has also shared her ministry with women throughout the US and Canada. Through God’s Word, Jessie shares what true leadership looks like along with practical teachings from her personal experiences. Her message inspires women to move into a whole-hearted lifestyle, one devoted fully to God. Jessie’s passion and wisdom is to use the gifts God has given her to speak into the lives of her listeners and readers. She is the author of two Bible studies and six books with her most recent leadership book, Abound, A Call to Purposeful Servant Leadership. She is a wife and mother of two daughters, and two wonderful son’s-in-law, and a new grand-baby, Luke.

God’s Word is living and active, and so is Sylane Mack! In response to God’s unfailing love that set her free from the grip of horrendous abuse, Sylane lives in the truth that her utter dependence on God is her greatest strength. Firmly grounded in God’s Word, Sylane has shared God’s message of love, healing, freedom and transformation since the mid-1970’s – through speaking engagements locally, nationally and internationally, and, more recently, through the books she has authored: Convinced! and Grace Moments. In 2003, God surprisingly birthed the ministry of Transformed By Grace where Sylane serves as president, lead counselor and conference speaker. In 2017, the Transformed By Grace Counseling and Wellness Center opened its doors in Central NJ to offer hope, healing and transformation to each person they serve! Sylane holds an MS Ed, with five educational certifications and a BA in Sociology, Psychology and Spanish, with credentials in five counseling certification areas. Married since 1980, Sylane and her husband Tim, aka Nana and Papa, take great joy spending time with their two daughters, two sons-in-love, and their precious grandchildren. When she’s not conferencing, counseling or writing, Sylane celebrates every moment she can share with family and friends, walking, talking, eating, hiking along trails or shores, playing games and being goofy—holding dance parties with her grandchildren!
